Ms. Tiffany Rex joined BI – Los Angeles in 2013 as Associate Director, Brand Development and was promoted to Director, Brand Development in 2016. In 2019, Tiffany was promoted to Vice President, Brand Development, Rockville, and in 2024 Ms. Rex was promoted to Vice President, Brand Development, Raleigh/Durham. Prior to joining BI, she was a Trademark Attorney with Bienstock & Michael, P.C., Intellectual Property Law Firm, New York, managing a portfolio of over 600 domestic and 1,000 foreign trademarks. Responsibilities included searching, filing, clearance, prosecution, and maintenance of trademarks. She earned her J.D. from New York Law School in 2009, concentration in Intellectual Property Law. She was also a Chair of the Moot Court Association. Bar Admissions: New York, New Jersey, and District Court of New Jersey.
